Short, because there is not much to agree to.
Think Learn is run by its owner for their own household's study. It is not offered to the public, nothing is sold through it, and no account is created for anyone outside that household.
The books in the library are Tamil Nadu State Board textbooks published by the Government of Tamil Nadu and made freely available. Copyright in them belongs to their publisher, not to this application. They are stored here only so one student can read the same books they use at school. Nothing in the library is redistributed, sold or made public.
Every question in the practice bank is transcribed from the objective questions printed in those textbooks, with the answer taken from the book's own answer key. Questions are not generated, and no AI is involved in producing them or in marking them.
The application is provided as it stands. Scores, mastery percentages and recommendations are arithmetic over past attempts; they are a study aid and not an assessment of ability, and they carry no standing with any school or board.
Chapter page ranges, extracted page text and transcribed questions can contain mistakes. Where this application and the printed book disagree, the printed book is right.
